PARTY INFORMATION

Please read this information to ensure your party is fun for all your guests.

BOOKING YOUR PARTY

• Bookings and changes to bookings can be made over the phone or in person in-store. Your booking is not confirmed until the non-refundable $100 deposit is paid. Surcharge applies to card payments.
• Any special requests should be arranged at the time your party is booked to ensure we are able to cater for these. Party platters should ideally be booked at this time also, but can be booked with your final attendance confirmation.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• We will contact you a few days prior to your party to confirm all details and final attendance numbers. Additional food items and special requests can be made at this time and we will make every attempt to accommodate, but can not guarantee we will be able to cater for these. Where special requests can not be catered to, we will contact you to discuss possible alternative arrangements.
• Please note carers of the birthday child are responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents. Please advise all party adults that siblings not included on the party list will be charged as general admission for their age. All party adults are free of charge.
• You are required to complete and return the guest attendance form by the Wednesday before your weekend party.  For all weekday parties this is required a minimum of two days prior. All final orders for adult party platters are required when returning the guest attendance form.
• All children and adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks. For hygiene reasons we do not lend socks to customers, but do have socks for sale if required.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• On entry, you will be asked to finalise your account for the confirmed number of attendees and any platters ordered.
• It is important to note that you will be charged for all children on the final confirmed guest list even if they do not attend.
• If you have chosen to supply your own cake, our reception staff or your party host will take care of this for you. Whether or not you bring your own cake, you will be given an ice cream birthday cake to use at the party or take home afterwards.
• For health, hygiene and OH&S reasons, no other food or drink can be brought into Lollipop’s, including in any additional loot bags you may choose to distribute to party guests. Exemptions made for medical reasons.

ON THE WAY OUT

• Children’s loot bags will be available in your party room for you to hand out to guests at the conclusion of the party. Any additional cafe items, platters or party children costs will also need to be finalised at this time.

Most importantly for a Birthday Parent, leave all the cleaning and mess behind you!
